    After ordering on just eat the estimated delivery was 1hr and a half, only to find bengal had added an extra half hour, rang bengal and pointed out that 1 hour for takeaway delivery is ok, an hour and half is taking the michael and two hours is unacceptable, i was told that they were busy and i could cancel, not the answer i was looking for, so 1 hr 40 mins later the food turned up, starter chicken tikka was cold, main chicken jalfrezi was so salty that i couldnt eat it, and i do like a jalfezi, rice was cold as was the sag paneer, the missus said her korma was ok but the kerma naan was the worst she'd had, first and last time for us using bay of bengal ipswich.
