    it is extremely difficult to get through to book a same day appointment. When you do eventually get through your are told sorry there are no appointments left! Then asked what am i supposed to do - the answer was go to A&E! The phone is constantly engaged it would helpful if you were held in a queue and you knew you would get answered. My results from the hospital didn't get reviewed!! Not the level of service you expect or deserve.

    Have also found one particular receptionist to be abrasive and rude. Doctors and nurses seem very helpful however.
