    The bowling is frankly crap if you're comparing it to a real bowling alley. It's pretty short, with strings attached to the top of the pins to reset them. It would be decent to bowl on while drinking a beer if it was free, but it's absolutely not free. Oh also you can only book bowling on the hour (e.g. 5:30 isn't an option, you have to book it for 5 or 6). But even then, when we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes for the lane we'd booked to free up. Even in the height of summer they've got heaters everywhere on the ceiling. Can't figure out why they'd WANT it to be hot, aside from getting people to drink more?? Kitchen closes at 9pm, and the place is basically dead by 11. Was in there with some friends and we got shown the door so they could close over an hour early to save money. On the plus side, the bar staff are friendly

    Great American style Restaurant in Ipswich with bowling added to the mix. Lots of event nights with live music and DJ's too. The VIP area is good for private parties and has it's own bar and two bowling lanes with it. Good fun and friendly staff. Some nice Veggie options on the menu too.
